Mindfulness for Organizations

Stress and overwhelm within organizations is at all time high and research shows that the tools that mindfulness provides can reduce burn out, improve job satisfaction, and help to create a culture of greater well-being for your employees.

We start with a free discovery session to get a sense of your organization's goals and needs. From there, I will custom-tailor a mindfulness-based training to fit your organization’s needs and time constraints.

My workshops are a mixture of didactic teaching, experiential exercises, and interactive discussions.

  • One to two-hour interactive mindfulness presentations on the principles and practices of mindfulness and meditation

  • Half-day or all-day mindfulness retreats

  • Mindful resilient leadership and executive mindfulness programs

  • 4 Week Class series

  • Ongoing 30-45 minute drop-ins
