Humans are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

As a mindfulness-based coach, I help you return to this natural state so that you can thrive.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Marianne Williamson

My Journey With Mindfulness

One fateful day in 2010 my therapist suggested that I try meditation to help with my anxiety. I found my way to UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research center where I spent several years taking classes on various topics within the field of mindfulness. To my amazement and relief, my nervous system began to heal. After that, I became so passionate about my mindfulness practice that I was inspired to share it with others.

This is where we meet each other.

Today, I am a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator (CMF) through UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and I am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher-Professional (CMT-P) through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. I’m also certified in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness through David Trevelen’s TSM program.

I’ve practiced meditation for over 13 years and have over a month of silent vipassana retreat experience.

What I love most in life (besides my husband and my two cats) is watching people’s lives transform through our sessions together. While I have a wealth of knowledge and resources to share on the topic of personal growth, the transformation originates inside of you. Together we can facilitate this change so that you can create a life that is better than you’ve ever imagined.

“Your core values are the deeply held beliefs that authentically describe your soul. As you discover your core values, you will be able to define your purpose and set your goals more effectively.”

John C. Maxwell

My Core Values

  • How do you speak to a dear friend? How do you speak to yourself? Is there a difference? Examining and changing our inner monologue is essential to getting unstuck. All change starts with making friends with both the light and the shadow within.

  • As humans we are meant to be in a state of growth throughout our lives. I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to intentionally expand so that you can grow in alignment with your life’s purpose.

  • I want you to feel seen, understood, and encouraged through our work together, so that you form a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

  • You don’t have to be an “artist” to be creative. Approaching growth from a playful, open state makes space for your authentic expression. Together we will create a newly inspired way of being.
