One of the most common things I hear during a discovery call is…

“I just don’t feel like I’m living the life I’m meant to be living”.

Can you relate? I believe that all humans are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. If that doesn’t feel true for you, it’s not because you’re the exception. It’s likely because you’re disconnected from your values and you’ve inherited beliefs about yourself or your world that are holding you back.

The modalities we will use are mindful awareness practices, guided inquiry, journaling, simple art-making, and more.

While, I recommend we start by meeting twice a month for 6 months, I don’t do contracts. You may stop any time you like.
